Mr. Keah Man took the time to understand my needs and explained two mattress options in detail—including the spring system and how it affects long-term comfort. After purchasing, my landlord requested additional documents before I could place the mattress in the house (quite last minutes request). Despite the long public holiday, Mr. Keah Man went out of his way to prepare everything I needed. Truly appreciate the effort!
